You have to generate a cluster_token and place it inside your Server's cluster folder.

As desribed in the error message you can either generate one over the klei accounts page (along with the rest of the server config, if you haven't done that yet) or insode your DST client using the command line in the main menu:

TheNet:GenerateClusterToken()

The first option is described here.

By default the Server tries to access the Cluster folder from the following location

Since you've placed in another subfolder, the server probably tries to open a non-existing file.
