Mewzuw Posted July 10, 2023 Share Posted July 10, 2023 Since Willow rework came out I always felt like she wasn't related to fire at all since Bernie basically got changed to be her main skill, with this in mind I illustrated some concepts of willow "Infusing" Bernie with fire so he could be part of this Fiery fantasy, as a fellow Willow main i'm here to share some of those ideas about what could be done so her gameplay can fell more Pyromaniac, Skill trees are a thing now so i think this is a good way to go! Disclaimer: Craft Items and the item itself might not be easy or worth to obtain but those are just suggestions anyway, please be aware of that; There are different kinds of fires in the game but the only one that willow uses is the "default" one, if willow could manage to use other types of fire to her advantage this would make her gameplay feel even more complete and fun! For example, when it's summer you don't burn things for obvious reasons, but you're willow and you WANT to burn things, so why not an endothermic lighter? fire AND summer? Oh yes. Endothermic Lighter Even though Willow does not suffer as much as other characters in the summer she could have her special way of dealing with it and be on full control of the situation Freeze your enemies and them STRIKE THEM with your Burning Vegeance Other players can use it to reduce the temperature of their thermal stone! Bernie Infusion Bernie Infusion would work similar to cooking food, you drag your lighter to bernie and then apply the kind of fire your lighter has! The infusions will include some extra lighter concepts because why not. Endothermic Bernie Endothermic Bernie would be an alternative to the "fridge chester" Technique Slow your enemies in a small area for easier kiting Freezing is Cool (Only your foes of course) Magma "Lighter" The Magma "Lighter" would be Willow damage alternative! A friend of mine suggested that she could also craft molotovs like the ones we had at The Forge (Thanks Lu) BuuUuUUUUUrn ThEm Fight in the dark like a madlad! (until everything is burning I guess) (this definitely should be bound in the same skilltree as fireproof loot Lol) Magma Bernie More Fire More Fire More Fire AOE Bernie, It's like a dream Second degree burns Shadow Lighter Pretend you're the shadow queen (Charlie will be jealous) More beard hair for MORE Bernies Nightmare Fuel? no problem Nightmare Bernie REVENGE Now they're part of bernie Tank until the end Yummy shadow creatures Moon Lighter I couldn't think about something good for the Moon Lighter and Bernie because the only thing that comes to my mind is "light", sorry if this one looks disappointing lol Infinite Burning Tree? Willow loves those Werepigs won't stand a chance Moon Bernie Like Magic! Magical Girl Bernie I don't understand how planar stuff work but I think its good Bath bombs are useful for other things now! That was it for my ideas, I haven't included the basic stuff like fireproof loot, more damage with fire staff and all because this is basically a Worldwide consent I guess. Thanks for reading!
