Copyafriend Posted July 9, 2023 Share Posted July 9, 2023 wormwoods tree seems to be the least liked tree, and that mostly has to do with the middle left tree, which seems mostly useless to me. So i wanted to brainstorm some replacement skills. Partially for fun, partially so klei might notice. i think that the middle left skill is intended to be farming perks, so thats where my main aim will be, but i’ll include some things that i think would be nice too. (speaking of nice) id appreciate if we could make grass tufts, id say they’re the most important basic resource. Or at least let us make grass gekkos (not allied) as for farmingish perks: seed return: wormwood produces 1 crop seed when he eats a crop raw. super fertilizer: wormwood can now craft a fertilizer that restores all lost nutrients in a farm plot (costs 2 of his compost wraps along with some other ingredients, and heals double over a long period of time) Greener thumb: plants start with a small amount of negative stress. lover of all plants: (its a dead end, no perks should be behind this one) seeds are more likely to produce weeds. Flowery scent: when blooming wormwood is not attacked when harvesting bee boxes. Additionally i think the second tier of “blooming tend radius” skills should be removed. (First tier too realistically, its just not needed) also would be nice to plant lunar shrooms as wormwood Please feel free to share wormwood specific skills that you think should be added. Try to be realistic about what can be added at this point though, wormwood cant get a plant mech, its be too much work for poor klei.
