fabin Posted July 9, 2023 Share Posted July 9, 2023 wormwood's skill tree is fine to my eyes except for some skills which i'm iffy about first one is "fly trap". only reason i can see this being useful is if your friendly fruit fly dies a lot, which isn't really that much of a problem if you're playing wormwood. my suggestion is that this can be expanded a bit, and make it so when wormwood plants a seed that sprouts into a weed, they stay bloomed for way longer before bolting and regrow faster another one is "bee kind". this one is pretty much useless, unless you're trying to catch bees and are really bad at dodging them. i suggest that with this skill each time a bee "pollinates" wormwood, they get pacified while in spring, and if they belong to a bee box, each bee that pollinates wormwood generates +0.5 honey, which if all bees do this, that's +2 honey per harvest and last one is "shade plant". this one's pretty nice, but i think it can be cooler than "more summer protection :)". my suggestion is that it instead makes wormwood, while in full-bloom and fully exposed to the sun (nothing equipped in the head slot), regenerate +0.5 hp every 10 seconds. it's a tiny amount of regen, but if you're doing some exploring or base mainetance, it's pretty useful. to better fit the change, it could be renamed to something akin to "photosynthesis" that's about it Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/149212-some-wormwood-skill-tree-suggestions/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
