Need help to make mod

 I want to make mod about Potted plants, we can plant a tree in potted (That include flowers and seeds) 

I designed some pot but don't know how to add them in game

I also want make something to put potted plants like image.

 

How can I make this mod ? If you have any post tutorial or know something like this, pls cmt it in this post.
