Background Color on Buildings Interface

Hello, and to Whom It May Concern.

I been playing this game since beta, and since then I have had the same problem. 

I can never find the GAS BRIDGE! Please don't laugh, I think the problem is my poor vision. (FACT)

Nevertheless, I was wondering if there is a possibility to change the background color

of the items, something that would make the items more PROMINENT/VISIBLE to those looking. 

I personally would like to have a Favorite's star around GAS BRIDGES, but that's too much. 

Look at how even the Sun Lamp has a small profile and less visibility than a normal Lamp. Some items 

need to be given a second look. I'll settle for changing the background color.

PS: Not mod sabby or i would have had this down in a flat. (I think) 

Let me know if anyone knows of a MOD that would do this though... i looked.
