Loss of all records

Hello, when loading the game dont starve together on xbox one, the game behaved as if I had launched the game for the first time. I lost all the worlds I had on which I lost a lot of hours, I wrote several times to technical support without any response.
I closed the game the same way as always, after saving the game and exiting the game interface, I turned off the console. 

why is the game saved in the cloud when everything is going to be lost
