Leafy Meat should be dryable on a Drying Rack

I've seen this suggested before. I'd be happy with Dried Fig too.

I want to add that if Leafy Meat was able to be hung on Drying Racks, it would make sense for it to take almost twice as long to dry out than regular Meat. 
I imagine Leafy Meat contains a higher % of water compared to regular Meat, which causes it to take longer to dry out.
