Mods getting corrupted

Hey, recently I was trying to install some mods, but when I look at the mods list, the names are like "workshop-xxxxxxxxx", and the mods does't work.

And when i try to join in a friend's server that have these mods installed (the mods works fine os his computer), and it tells me to update the mods, but when i try to do that, the mods just don't update and still the same way.

 

Things I have tried:

• Reinstall the mods
• Reinstall Don't Starve Together
• Start Steam as Administrator 
• Start Don't Starve Together as Administrator
• Delete the folder "mods"
• Delete the folder "mods-cache"
• Reinstall Windows 10 cleaning up all old files

And still not working :( please help me, I want to play DST so bad!
