Apprisco Posted May 4, 2023 Share Posted May 4, 2023 I decided to modify Fradow's self powered petroleum well so it fit in my constrained base... And here's the results! Note that you need 60C or higher water for this design to be self powered. A really really easy way to get that 60C water is to exchange heat from the outgoing petroleum at 125c to the incoming water, petroleum has a lower SHC so my 20C water actually ends up around 86C. Note the original build above for how or why the build works!
