Lost Connection To My Owned Solo-Public Server when Using Celestial Portal

I've started a public server (cave enable but haven't open any gateway yet) and i just played for alone, survived for a few days,
The disconnection happened sometimes, but i can keep continue to play after reset a few times (i have try to change to local too but it's not make any change)

When i'm try to using Celestial Portal, it's delay for a sec, not cause crash, but cause disconnection after that

 

I know this is caused by my modding,
and have tried to disable some mod, but this action will cause disconnection i have said and have to reconnect manytimes to try to using Portal key again
I really don't know how to find out the exact mod that caused this error.

hope everyone can help me with this problem
