Make Pure Brilliance emit a small light radius for base building purposes.

A lot of character mentions that it's a light so bright it would blind you and by the time you beat CC it shouldn't be a balance concern.

Imagine lining an area with small glowing rocks that could look fun or just the roads you travel for some light.
It'd still require a lot of Brilliance to set up and again it's Post CC you could have infinite full moons with little trouble.

Ryfstals should also glow, it would make the area look more otherworldly too.
