How do i make a modified character LUA file work as a mod?

I don't like Woodie transformation music and how it disable dynamic music, so i changed some things in the LUA file and it work in game

But i don't know how to make it a mod that can be used by anyone rather than just a modified file

So if someone can give pointers to a tutorial or a file that i should "copy" to know what to do
