Feature Request: Telescope Automation Output

i had an unfortunate starving incident on an exploration rocket just now, and was looking to add an automated notifier to the telescope to remind me to send it back home to prevent it happening again, but realized there isn't an output

how i would implement it: output is green if the Area Complete tag appears in the tooltip, and if the telescope is constructed inside a rocket, said rocket is currently stationary
if either condition is not met, the output remains red
