sonyvegas
Once waxed, a crop would not be harvestable and it would not change state, This would allow for greater decorative value if we didn't have to worry about them rotting! bloopah
Then I'd like there to be another item for preserving it rather than Beeswax, because one Beeswax per normal crop feels way too expensive in the long run, unless a Wickerbottom pays the Bee Queen a visit with On Tentacles. Hey, that preservation method could then also be used for others stuff, like Evergreens staying tall or Birchnuts keeping their foliage during Winter. lowercase skye
It's not perfect, but I would like to mention that you can solve the "all my decorative crops are rotten at once" problem by planting them desynced! I.e planting a few seeds at a time, a day or two apart, rather than all at once. This way only a few of the crops will be rotten at once, since they're all at various growth stages.
