Can't see potential variants of a structure when you don't have the required materials

When clicking on any building in the build menu, unless you have the required materials, you can't see what variants of the structure you could build. It prevents you from planning what you want to build because you can't know which resource you should collect/refine for the version you'll want to build, unless you already know how all of the different materials modify each structure or you go to the wiki (which you shouldn't have to do since this feature already exists).

This would be a really nice quality of life feature for new and learning players.
