Just to be sure that it isn't a typo issue, can you go back and search "Lava" or just "Firepit" to see if it even pops out? Cause your screenshot shows incorrect spelling unfortunately. If the item is recorded as received in User Transactions, it SHOULD exist in Your Items Inventory. If you are unable to see how to craft it in game, there is a left and right arrow when you craft items with skins you have access too. You have to select which skin you want to craft, to craft the specific skin that you want. There is also the Clean Sweeper item that lets you change existing structures in game to other skins that you own. It requires a Alchemy Engine to prototype and 1 Twigs and 4 Petals to craft. A Totally Normal Tree has a 25% chance to drop a Clean Sweeper when cut down. I hope that helps, cheers! Since you can already see the item appear in your Transactions Page but it doesn't show up in your inventory. I think the best option right now would be to directly contact Klei Support through this link. ➜ (Submit a request – Klei Entertainment): Write email address for them to be able to contact you Set Game to Don't Starve Together Set Account Help to Category Describe your situation - add the images you screenshot but also let them know your KU_ID or Klei User ID found under User Info and also give them a link to this thread. Sorry we couldn't find a quick workaround solution to your issue. Hopefully they will be able to help resolve your concerns.
