[Wilson] Make some skills give small bonuses for Spring/Summer too

I think Wilson's emphasis on making certain punishing mechanics more lax is pretty nice as a way to introduce players to the game, since they both have to worry about exploring & learning about the game, while trying to survive tons of things all at once.

His skills are pretty wonderful for dealing with light and winter's cold, which are two major things people can often struggle with. But imo, this all seems to only stretch towards Autumn, Winter, and partially Spring (insulation/light).
What if, for example, one of Wilson's beard perks gave him some Wetness resistance? Maybe through some sort of hair gel/wax, or some other silly thing. In that way, less equipment will be necessary to make Spring less harsh if one has no access to Eyebrella/Umbrella.
Honestly not sure what to suggest about Summer though! But its overheating is extremely harsh, and beard does quite the opposite of helping, gotta shave that magnificence...
