Beeswax perishables

Recommended Posts

My previous response was mostly a deliberate overreaction for the sake of comedic effect (also, this page was messed up at the time), but I do think it's a distasteful idea. That said, I think I've seen at least a couple other topics about wanting the potter's wheel to have more use. I think a better idea would be an option to sculpt miniatures, small enough to fit into the inventory without penalizing speed, and, as you suggested, placed on the ground or on replica ancient tables, end tables as well. Maybe rather than stone, marble, moonglass, or wood/gold if they were to add it, a lifelike appearance could be achieved with the use of a new craftable paint.

@ShadowbirdRHi definitely see where your heading with that idea and i love it, I would love shelving like hamlet has to just show off items and still think perishables like food should be waxed then placed on the shelving/end tables or replica tables as well I would love the idea and yes I would love to see made type of statues of creatures an idea how you would achieve the figure for the item would be by getting the skull of the mob your killing like in ds webbers skull drops from spiders, just a thought so the server doesn't get to cluttered with these drops would be putting it in the Halloween nights event, what do you think of that @ShadowbirdRH

That's a good question. It had crossed my mind when I made my earlier post, but I hadn't thought it through.

I wonder if it'd be difficult to implement like this: Sketches for miniatures can be learned at the cartography desk by using a feather pencil and a papyrus while the subject is in the inventory, consuming only the pencil and papyrus, and yielding a sketch that can be added to the potter's wheel, where the miniatures can be crafted.
