Solution of missing mods

This problem occurs both in Don’t Starve Together and Don’t Starve Together Dedicated Server. (Please note the path are different, I use DNST to make a example)

 

As all we know, there was a problem with Don’t Starve Together mods. We subscribed so many mods, but only a few mods can be loaded. And these mods are in 'steam/steamapps/common/don't starve together/mods'. The other mods are not here. All the subscribed mods are in 'steamapps/workshop/content/322330'.

You will find the files name have same number with different contents. In file '322330'. The names are 'xxxxxxx_legacy.bin'. Leave them alone. Do not decompress these files. They are working perfectly. So please follow these steps below.

1: Just copy all files in 'steamapps/workshop/content/322330'. and then paste them to somewhere that whatever you want (you should remember the path).

2: Then rename them all to " 'workshop-' + original name "

3: Copy all the renamed  files and paste in 'steam/steamapps/common/don't starve together/mods'. !!!!!! DO NOT REPLACE THE SAME NAME FILES. CLICK KEEP OREGINAL FILES!!!!!!

Done!!!

Congratulations, now you can use all the mods that you subscribed in steam.

 

Note: If there have no mods in 'steamapps/workshop/content/322330', just uninstall Don’t Starve Together and reinstall. Waiting for downloading mods and game. After downloading them all. Then you can follow the steps to fix the problem.
