Very strange issue and game crash in mods page

Hello, Today when i launched the game and was trying to start the server i found a message telling me some mods are missing! and they didn't show up on the mods page,

tried to check the steam workshop found myself still subscribed to them!! tried to sub and unsub then the game started to download them again then they showed up for a sec then they disappeared then the game crashed!

 

Tried to disable all mods, unsubscribe all mods and resub again, Reinstalling the game, but no matter what i do same thing happens again.

i have attached the client logs file.

 

Please help this issue is driving me crazy!!
