About the new skills:

Inbue Tophat: bonding with shadow chester can be problematic, and bonding with other maxwell players too, besides, it sounds perfect to me.

Shadow Servant: I liked the proposal, but the duration is too short and the fact that they don't follow you is bad, the duration would be doubled and they would accompany you would be better, but I still enjoyed it.

Shadow Duelist: It looks like it was more nerfed than it already was, it attacks everything that comes its way, it has very low health, it dies to pretty much anything and to top it off now it has a time to disappear, the AI is pretty bad compared to the merms. My opinion on what can improve, make them stop taking damage (stop having health) and attack only what Max is attacking and leaving the time of 1min until they disappear and make them follow Maxwell or leave them with longer life without fading time and to balance decrease the amount of shadows or even increase book usage to about 25% per shadow. Either the timer or life both together gets worse than it already was. Another thing, it would be nice if the warriors also faced shadow creatures, after all they are shadows too.

Shadow Sneak: I liked it initially, but I believe that giving AoE damage (10 or more) would make little sense, otherwise almost no one would use it just to scare creatures. Initially I even thought it was something that buffed whoever was in it or camouflaged in the shadows.

Shadow Prison: It's perfect and adds a lot to the character makes him more caster than fighter and brings a unique identity to him, I really loved it.

I think that shadow Chester bonding with the Inbue should be removed, Maxwell itself doesn't get anything from it because he can simply just use his hat and if you want to give something to Maxwell you can just use the structure.
