Losing sanity when taking damage

So I've been trying to make my character lose some sanity when he gets hit. Been trying to solve this for a few hours, tried doing this using
 

inst:ListenForEvent("healthdelta", onhealthdelta)

But it seems to change my sanity whenever my health changes in general, meaning that when I heal my sanity is affected as well. Anyone got any solutions to this? It would be greatly appreciated. 

Oh also I wanted to make my character take x1.4 external damage when his sanity is lower than 50%. No idea how to do it, need help with this too.
