World spawns Land items in water, can’t access

Many times my worlds have spawned where land items are inaccessible to me (host) as they show they’re on water, but others can access and shows the world items (trees, set pieces, grass, etc) on land.  The fix is to end that world and start anew.  Only recently happened and not consistently, but sporadically instead and occurring for several of us- zero mods- ps4 and ps5 systems amongst us. Not a major deal unless I’ve started really getting interested in a particular world only to find this issue later.   Finding it at the portal is less frustrating as an easy reset.  Several days in and based up, not so fun to encounter.
