Right stick movement scale factor

Hi! I am a disabled gamer and I play Griftlands on a PS4 with an XBox Adaptive Controller.

I struggle with the movement controls as they move too quickly. There is already a way to slow down the movement, but because my disability, I cannot use it. To greatly improve the accessibility, I would suggest adding a scale factor option to the right stick movement. It should go as low as 10%.

Note: I've been able to play the game, but it is frustratingly difficult to select missions or patrons-- the only way to navigate those is with the right stick. It is so frustrating that I've stopped playing. Ideally, the entire game would be playable with the 'D'-pad.
