Worlds keep vanishing - Offline coop

I’ve been playing offline coop but the game on Xbox Series X but every few days all the save data for all the worlds disappears making the game unplayable. It also takes forever to load and create a new world even though it’s offline.

I saw on the forum others said you need to return to the game menu before closing to ensure I don’t lose the data. But I find the game goes to a loading screen and crashes. I also am unable to log out. I’ve tried deleting the local save data and resending from the cloud but it didn’t help.

Never had so many issues with a game before, any suggestions would great!
