Ohan
idk how other ppl build their boats but after i have all the basics put down the only space left for masts are near the edges since i dont want the huge sail to cover the middle of the raft with all the important clickable stuff either. having masts near the edges can block you from moving around especially if they're near other structures that have collision like a crockpot. or they can block wavy jones.. afaik they're the only boat structure that has collision. pinch, anchor, steering wheel, etc dont have it. would be nice if masts got the same treatment. especially considering how skinny and tiny the mast base is visually. even better i think would be if all structures just lost their collision when placed on a boat. the area is way too small and cramped for it. In the meantime ive just hammered all my masts down and resorted to paddling. between wavy jones pulling them down once u dip 5 points below max sanity, the cumbersome turning and them blocking movement they're just way more trouble than they're worth imo.
