Mods not showing up when subscribing

Soo, i Been having this problem that when i subscribe to a mod in the dst workshop it dosen't show up on my Mod Clients i Tried restarting steam, and even Restarting my own pc, But it didin't Work!, Do i need to restart dst by itself?, if so how!, Pls i really like mods and it woud be very sad if i coden't use them anymore
