See space POI distance without needing to set rocket destination

When planning out how I want to want my rockets to fetch resources, it's a little cumbersome because you can only see the distance from a planet in the rocket screen, but you can only see what materials you can get in the starmap. If you were allowed to see the distance in from the currently selected planet in the starmap to the currently hovered/selected hex this would solve that problem.
