[Suggestion] Battle Paddle recipe using Cutlesses.

A common complaint I've been seeing in regards to Cutlesses are how many the player can amass after awhile. I figured that, since it's pretty uncommon to get more Battle Paddles, (especially enough for a whole team of people) and there are currently minimal uses for Palm Scales outside of docks and cannons, why not be able to craft new Battle Paddles and simultaneously reduce the amount of Cutlesses players have laying around?

A recipe for the Battle Paddle could look something like this:

3x Cutless, 4x Palm Scales, 1x Oar.
