[ Help ] How to give the Wormwood perks to a Custom Character

so hum, im kinda new in this of the script soo

I'm trying to create a character that has the ability to place seeds on the floor, and also see the plants happiness. (Like, see if the plant is thirsty, wants to talk, and that stuff) just like Wormwood. 

I been looking in the Wormwood.lua but i don't even know if I'm looking in the right place. A little help?
