Add an option to vote to rollback 2 days in-game

It is impossible to rollback to the previous day once the server has saved. Griefers take advantage of this often - especially on Klei official servers - causing permanent damage. Adding this option would allow you to kick the person first, instead of being forced to attempt to rollback first (griefers will start griefing on the last segment of the day which lasts 30 seconds, so there is no time for the rollback vote to go through).

The voting system can be improved by forcing the person being voted out to vote no and the person who started the vote to automatically vote yes, which will let votes end earlier due to everyone technically voting, and therefore less damage being done.
