atticus052 Posted May 15, 2022 Share Posted May 15, 2022 I want to suggest an additional endgame goal, building a teleporter system that will transport 3 dups to start their own new colony with massive requirements. 1. End game goal of building a teleporter system that would "start a new colony" 2. Requirement of 100 MW of sustained power on a new superconductive power line that requires being supercooled to not overload and when functioning would require active cooling to keep superconductive. 3. The lines would have to charge capacitors that need to charge and fire several times within a given time duration to make the teleporter successfully fire. 4. Requirement of 3 additional beacons located on other planets within the system that will also have their own power requirements (50MW?). These will beam their energy to the central teleporter as well. 5. Teleporter has to be supplied with various supplies before it's ready to be fired. A printing pod, steel.. suits... plastic etc etc.... The kicker would be when the teleporter is finally fired the dups would be sent off to their new destination, the printing pod would go with them however all the supplies would be left behind.
