Clean sweeper but changing berry bush into juicy berry bush

It could swap twiggy trees with saplings, berry bushes with juicy berry bushes, hounds into red or blue hounds then swap between red and blue maybe even red and blue gems or icebream and scorching sunfish. 

If swapping a gem is too OP compared to swapping a bush it could consume more durability depending on what it swaps.
