Borderless Window Mode

So I do not have the greatest computer for gaming, I'm running on a mobile processor. So I try to maximize my fps as much as possible. One thing I've noticed is deselecting the full screen selection in the graphics options, has made the time to load a save a little shorter. Also when loading the save the game would stop at times causing windows to ask if I wanted to close the game, this has gone away since turning off full screen mode. A windowed borderless mode would be great to take away that white bar above the game and fix some issues.
