Heyo sorry for being back so soon, this one I'm struggling to find much info on though. Most threads are about custom character sounds, replacing a sound in the game already, or using in-game sounds already there, rather than creating a new custom sound for an object. The tutorials I've found for custom sounds are either outdated (?) files [they didn't work in Designer rip, I couldn't add any files to the playlist section nor could I add a simple event. Likewise even if I created it from scratch myself it still didn't work], or the 2nd was replacing a sound [though I did try it, too].

I've tried putting the sound in different folders on FMOD, as well, but to no avail. I cannot get the sound to play, but I know the code [mostly] works because if I replace the directory w something already in-game, it'll play.

I'm wondering if there's a certain way I need to sort/name the sound in Designer to get it to work or not. Unfortunately the mods I have been referencing don't have a file I can open in Designer, same w the main game's sound files so I'm struggling to work backwards. Unless there's a tool that'll let me do so? I'm doing all I can w items in-game that I know play sound, such as the science machine, but all I can do is reference their LUA.

The sound itself should play on loop when the item is placed, however I also noticed that now that I have this line in the item's LUA, my character's voice no longer plays. It played fine previously.

Wondering if this is even worth trying to figure out or not? aha;;; <:)

Thanks fer anyone who took a look! I'll include the mod..! The FDP in the mod is the 2nd tutorial's, and the additional FDP I've included is from the first one.
