If you are talking about the "atlas" and "image" part of recipe in modmain.lua, then from the mods I pirated from, most of them have a size of 64 pixels by 64 pixels. If you are talking about the actual item that is in your inventory and can be dropped, then I am yet to pirate more. Also, I found getting a few lawyers very handy.
