Remember selected elements

Something that often happens when using storage(like the bottle emptier) is that when a new object is discovered within the colony(like polluted water) is that if that category only had one item before, then the whole category is selected. Once the new object is discovered, it is selected too by default. It should be left unselected by default once it is discovered.

This could be indicated by a color or icon change when clicking individual items in the category rather than the entire category.

So if the item is clicked the color of the category changes but if the category itself is ticked then it doesn't.

I see a neat solution to this.

Simply allow to tick the sub category without the category when there is only one sub category.

For now when there is only one sub, you cant untick the whole categorie.
