console command chopping down trees with a pitchfork

so i saw my ex-friend in the past use commands to make a pick/axe do the functions of a shovel, a hammer, and more things like that, and he never told me how to do it

 

basically i wanna know how to give the function of a tool to the tool you're holding

 

example: i'm holding a brush, i execute the command, and now i can mine rocks with it

 

so does anyone like a klei dev or a person who... does stuff with console know how to do that????
