Don't want to be too specific as to save time in this topic, so I would probably say the damage is less than marble ammo when the target is dry, and more than marble ammo when the target is wet. I liked the idea of Electric Hounds too though lol. It would probably be very nice to have more ways of doing electric damage without Warly.
