I'm confused. why can't i find hamlet for don't starve on my PS4?

I've seen things about hamlet being on PS4, but i can't play it. i can't find it on the playstation store, and it doesn't show any new update. could someone tell me how or if i can get the hamlet DLC? P.S. I already had Shipwrecked when i got the game, not sure if it came with it or not.
