Very high latency / ping

Hello everyone, we faced such a problem as high ping. We created a server with a friend, he, like the host, has a ping of 0 and a good connection (which is logical), but I have a ping of 200-300, it is simply impossible to play with such a ping. FPS did not drop, 60 frames are stable. The problem is just a bad connection. In other games, everything is fine for me and for the first time in my life I come across such a problem. We created a LAN server, but the problem is the same. The computers are powerful, both have cable connections. There is no difference in the days lived, the ping is high on day 1 or day 60. Have you had such problems and what can you advise?
