Add setting to disable/enable light rays in the fig tree biome and a setting to disable/enable the canopy tree leaf effect

My computer's pretty strong and basically never lags in normal DST gameplay or even heavily modded DST gameplay with a few dozen mobs on the screen at once, but in the fig tree biome in the ocean (is it called canopy or waterlogged biome? idk) it will get some lag which is kinda annoying.. I've played with the uncompromising mode mod before which also utilizes the same shadows this biome has and i never lag in their biome which's much bigger than this one which makes me thing the light rays OR that canopy tree effect at the top of the player's screen are what's causing lag.

So, it would be nice if we could have a option in the settings to toggle the light rays on and off and the canopy tree effect since we already have one for the shadows. Personally, i'd rather disable those 2 than disable the cool shadows.
