Autocompiler deconfiguring badge sprites

I am trying to compile the status badges (hunger, health, sanity) with the autocompiler and they return buggy.

Here's an example:

Even correcting the y-axis position (being correct in the spritter view), when compiling, the same thing happens.

Does anyone know how to compile this correctly? Or another alternative method to compile?
