Let us build over Drywall or decrease its deconstruct time

When clearing out space for my dupes to build rooms on other Asteroids, a frankly unnecessary amount of time is spent deconstructing the drywall that fills most POIs; I can't think of a good reason that it takes as long to deconstruct drywall as it does. If the worry is about something players can do with manmade drywall, whatever that would be, then making POI drywall its own thing with separate properties would probably be better, because it feels like a very silly obstacle to laying tiles and other very basic infrastructure for new colonies.
