blakemw Posted November 22, 2021 Share Posted November 22, 2021 Note that Nisbet can't get down into the Pokeshell pit, and as the title says I was very surprised they were able to snip her as she ran past. I reloaded the game to try and catch them in the act, and how it seemed to work is that if Nisbet jumped over the pit at the same time as a Pokeshell jumped off the ledge, the Pokeshell was able to snip Nisbet mid-hop. edit: Testing it in Sandbox, I realize I was wrong. It appears that Pokeshells use identical rules to duplicants in terms of what they can reach: They can snip things at the same range as a Duplicant's gun can attack things. That's rather longer range than I thought they had.
