Best way to increase day length?

I want to increase day length from 8 minutes to something else

I see this mod increases day length to 24 hours by changing seg time tuning value and other tuning values, but when the mod's disabled it causes the server to crash

anyone know what would be best way to go about this?

you can increase the TUNING.TOTAL_DAY_LENGTH, it's a very risky increase, since very often in mods, and to a lesser degree in the base game itself, functions simply suppose total day length to be 480 seconds, and not actually make a reference to TUNING.TOTAL_DAY_LENGTH
