Willow can activate Bernie for a small period of time without being insane.

Let Willow use a certain item, be it a telltale heart, nightmare fuel, or a craftable item specific to Willow, in order to activate BERNIE! without being insane, at least for a short period.

This would let her benefit from the enlightened crown, use Bernie in lunar areas, and keep Bernie consistent while doing things which are a bit more unpredictable on sanity.

I don't think it should be a super simple craft though, but rather something that is only used in certain situations, instead of all the time for convenience. It would be a bit hard to balance in the late game though, so having it on a timer like the moon cycle could be better than having an expensive receipe.
