Ideas to customize sea stack's ubication

The barnacles that the troubled waters update bringed are fun to work around and try some new recipes, their main problem is that unlike the figs from the knobby trees you cant decide where your sea stack is gonna be for planting the sea sprout, here are two ideas of how this could be implemented.

Make it so antlion spawns sea stacks around the player's boat if they are on the sea: At the moment antlion gives no penalty to the player if they are on sea, adding this will make the players want to be at the sea in summer in order to spawn sea stacks close to land.

Antlion's boulders can be upgraded with a sea sprout: I once said this idea and im mentioning it again, antlion's boulder dont really have an use outside of decor, but this would also make the players not kill antlion in order to get boulders in the caves, once they transport them to the surface, the player can add a sea sprout to it, and after that this "boulder with a sprout" will be dropped in the water, just like knobby nuts work, after a few days the stone wont grow, but the sprout will.
