renaming items tools or structures

i want to be able to change name or add quote for items 

for example have you never confused your poop bundle with heal bundle? well i mean i didnt but thats not the point 

if we had something like minecrafts anvil it would really help as a QoL feature 

i want to name a living log frank

now i know you cant repair items like minecraft and you could argue that this update would be pointless since everything you name will be gone anyways after a while

and you are wrong 

yes they would go away but that doesnt stop it from being helpful

 

you could just have feather pencil right click on the item to rename it 

if there is a mod for this then its not a big deal but it really could help if we could rename strucktures too like 

naming a chest log chest instead of placing a sign front of it 

you would spend more time to figure out where exactly chest was at if you dont remember where it was which could be the downside of this

and if you are messy person like me then this would help even more like i would name items like i would name the item (moonstone starcaller) if i was bringing it to moonstone to make it mooncaller staff and later forgot it like a idiot
